रामायण एक महाकाव्य है जो सबसे पहले ऋषि वाल्मिकी द्वारा स्मृति से संस्कृत में लिखा गया था। वर्षों बाद, 16वीं शताब्दी में जन्मे गोस्वामी तुलसीदास ने रामचरितमानस अवधी हिंदी में लिखी गई रामायण का एक अलग संस्करण लिखा। रामायण ने न केवल एक कविता के रूप में, बल्कि जीवन के आदर्शों और सिद्धांतों के अवतार के रूप में, त्योहारों, नाटकों और अनुष्ठानों के आधार के रूप में, धर्म की नींव के रूप में और प्रेम और कर्तव्य की एक शाश्वत कहानी के रूप में कार्य किया है।

रामचरितमानस को चौपाई नामक छंदों में विभाजित किया गया है। यह उत्कृष्ट काव्य से परिपूर्ण है और इसमें सात अध्याय हैं: बाल काण्ड, अयोध्या काण्ड, अरण्य काण्ड, किष्किन्धा काण्ड, सुन्दर काण्ड, लंका काण्ड और उत्तर काण्ड।   ये सभी खंड हमें भगवान राम के जीवन के विभिन्न अवधियों, उनके बचपन, उनके वनवास और जंगल में उनके जीवन से लेकर सीता के अपहरण, लंका में आगामी युद्ध और अंत में, उनके ठीक होने के बाद क्या होता है, के बारे में बताते हैं। इन सात प्रसंगों से पहले रामकथा की प्रस्तावना के रूप में भगवान शिव की कथा भी कही जाती है।

The Ramayana is an epic poem first written in Sanskrit by sage Valmiki from Smriti . Years later, Goswami Tulsidas, born in the 16th century, wrote the Ramacharitmanas a different version of the Ramayana written in Awadhi Hindi.

  The Ramayana has served not only as a poem but as an embodiment of ideals and principles of life, as the basis of festivals, plays and rituals, as the foundation of religion and as an eternal story of love and duty.

Ramacharitmanas is divided into four verses called chuppai. It is full of excellent poetry and consists of seven chapters: Bal Kanda, Ayodhya Kanda, Aranya Kanda, Kiskindha Kanda, Sundar Kanda, Lanka Kanda and Uttara Kanda.

All these sections take us through different periods of Lord Rama's life, from his childhood, his exile and his life in the forest, to the abduction of Sita, the ensuing war in Lanka and finally, what happens after his recovery. his wife Before these seven episodes, the story of Lord Shiva is also told as a prelude to Rama's story.
